Oh man, have you ever seen someone nick a buried cable or a gas line? It's not just a wrong cut, it's like a thousand dollars of instant damage and a possible disaster. I mean, one wrong slice through the wrong hose and you're calling the fire department. Maybe it's just me but that seems pretty bad.

Xena_webb is right, I saw a guy cut a water line and flood a basement in under a minute.
