Last week in Tulsa, a 60 foot oak with hidden root rot dropped a limb right onto my fence line, so I'm asking how you all spot risky trees before they make the call for you?

An oak with root rot is like a person who never complains until they snap. Look for mushrooms at the base, soft ground, or dead branches up high, and call an arborist before the tree does the talking.
