Stop guessing at blend panels and read the OEM repair doc first
I keep seeing guys on the shop floor lay down a blend panel on a quarter job without ever pulling the OEM procedure. Last Tuesday a tech here in Bakersfield skipped the doc on a 2021 Silverado and blended past the character line, and we ate a 6 hour redo. The repair manual is free on most of the manufacturer sites and it tells you exactly where the cutoff is. What's your go-to place to pull those docs when the car's not one you see every week?
