Found a 1978 tune up spec card in my grandpa's toolbox, and the plug gap was way off from what I run now
It said gap them at .035 when my manual for a similar small block calls for .045, which got me wondering how much of this stuff was just what the local shop had on hand in Ohio back then. Any old timers here actually run the gaps printed in those old cards over what the book says now?
