Customer watched me the whole time and said 'you missed a spot' on the cabin filter housing
Had a guy stand about 3 feet from my bay door last Thursday for a full brake job on his F-150, arms crossed the whole time. Every time I set a tool down he'd ask what it was for, and when I pulled the cabin filter he leaned in and said I missed a spot on the housing. I wiped it down again just to keep the peace, but it added 10 minutes to a job that books at 1.2 hours. I get wanting to know what you're paying for, but hovering like that makes me rush and that's how stuff gets stripped. How do you all handle the watchers without coming off like a jerk?
