Built a dedicated sharpening station after 3 years of using a whetstone on the workbench edge
Tried both a bench vise with a magnetic angle guide and one of those all-in-one sharpening jigs I found at a garage sale last fall, and the jig was way more consistent for keeping kitchen knives at the right angle without slipping, plus it only ran me $15, has anyone else found a decent sharpening setup that doesn't cost a fortune?
