Serious question, did anyone else eyeball their button padding for 3 years straight
I used to just drag the corner of a button in Figma until it looked right, no numbers, nothing. Last Tuesday I finally measured one and realized my buttons had 11px top and 17px bottom padding, and the text was never centered the whole time. Now I type values into the box like a normal person but I still second guess whether 16 or 18 looks better. Does anyone here set spacing by eye and get away with it, or am I the only one who was faking it?
