Rant: The DMV site in Sacramento made me click through 3 pages just to find a plain cancel button
I was at my kitchen table in Sacramento on a Tuesday night trying to move my appointment and the site kept looping me back to the same question about my reason for the visit. After the third time it reloaded I hit the browser back button instead and it threw a session expired error, so I lost everything and had to start over from scratch. What got me was the actual cancel option, which was a tiny gray link under a huge blue save button that said 'keep my spot.' I ended up calling the 800 number the next morning and a guy moved it in about 2 minutes flat. Has anyone figured out a trick for these state sites or do you all just call now?
