Update: I counted 36 taps on my pharmacy's refill app just to see one prescription status
I finally counted it last Tuesday because the app kept making me log back in, and I hit 36 taps and 3 full re-entries before I could even see if my refill was ready. The worst part is the login screen has a "remember me" box that does nothing, so I gave up and just called the store instead. A pharmacist picked up in 20 seconds and told me the whole thing was ready the day before. Why do these apps add 5 confirmation popups but can't keep a session alive for one minute?
