Took me 40 minutes to find the cancel button in a hotel booking flow that hid it behind a grey X
The site had a little grey X in the top corner that blended into the header, and my wife kept saying "just click the back arrow" while I zoned out staring at it. Ended up googling "how to cancel reservation" on my phone to figure it out. How is a close button the hardest part of a booking app?
