Guy came in asking for a 'number 0' and got mad when the clippers touched his scalp
Had a customer last Friday insist on a zero guard but then complained the whole time that the clippers felt 'too scratchy'. Man had a full head of hair and expected it gone in one pass. Am I supposed to pre-treat the blade with conditioner or what?

Three weeks ago a guy asked me for a "clean up" then screamed when I used the trimmer around his ears.

he expected it gone in one pass" - did he actually think you had some magic clipper that reads his mind and knows exactly how he wants his hair cut? I gotta ask, how long did you let him complain before you told him to either let you work or get out of the chair?
