So for context he ran the place on Wells Ave for like 20 years and he kept telling me to stop dragging that cord around the chair, said one day it would catch. I kept saying cordless dont have the torque for a clean blend on thick hair. Then two Saturdays ago I'm halfway through a taper on a kid before his prom and the cord snags my wrist, pops out of the wall, and the clipper stops dead. Had to finish him on my trimmer which looked rough. Went out Monday and got a cordless setup and honestly the new ones hold up fine, I was wrong about the torque thing. The old man just laughed and said he been telling me. Any of you still running corded for your main fade clipper or did everybody switch over? Curious if the battery fades out on you after a year or so.
