Pro tip: I was cutting the neckline wrong for about 2 years and a guy in line pointed it out
A walk-in at my shop in Dayton asked if he could give me some feedback while I was finishing his taper. He said the back of my necklines always felt a little scratchy, and he was right, I had been angling the clippers up instead of flat against the skin. I started going flat and slow on the last pass, and the difference showed up right away in how clean the line looked healing out. Funny how a customer notices stuff we stop seeing after a while. Anyone else had a client point out a habit you didn't know you had?
