Had to pick between two board game groups last night
My buddy Mike invited me to his heavy euro game night while my sister wanted me to try this new party game called 'Let Me Explain' at her place. I went with Mike and we played 4 hours of Brass Birmingham, which was super intense but I had a headache after. Does anyone else struggle choosing between deep strategy games and just goofing around with family?

Mike's group sounds hardcore, four hours of Brass Birmingham is no joke. @emma_ramirez I'm with you, I would've been checked out by hour three. But my question is, did your sister's party game actually sound fun to you, or were you just trying to avoid the headache? Because I've bailed on deep games for lighter stuff before and regretted it when everyone was just yelling over each other.
