Ran my first book club meeting for 14 people and let one guy answer every single question
Someone finally texted me after the meeting in Austin saying they stopped coming because it felt like a lecture from him, not a talk. So now I put a 3 minute cap on each person with a timer on the table, and people stick around. How do you all handle the one person who takes over without making it awkward?
