A binder in Portland told me my grain direction was wrong on 60 sheets, now I check every single one

Spent 3 hours cutting and folding a batch of journal signatures only to have someone point out I had the grain running the wrong way, so now I do the wet finger test on every sheet before I even touch the guillotine, has anyone else had a whole run ruined by this?
