Am I the only one who didn't know about the $1.50 rotisserie chicken at Costco
My buddy Marcus dragged me to the Costco on Culebra Road in San Antonio last Tuesday just to grab paper towels, and I walked past the food court and saw people hauling off whole cooked chickens for a buck fifty. I grabbed one on a whim and stretched it into four meals: tacos, soup, a cold sandwich, and the bones went into a pot of beans. That is roughly 37 cents a serving, which beats the pants off the $5 frozen dinners I was buying. Anyone got a trick for stretching one even further, or is four meals already the ceiling here?
