I was dead wrong about bulk buying frozen veggies

Always thought bulk bags of frozen broccoli and spinach were all stems and mush, but after grabbing a 5lb bag from Aldi last month I found solid florets for half the price. Any other skeptics get converted by one good batch?

Oh man, I'm right there with you - I used to swear frozen veggies were just sad freezer-burned mush until I accidentally grabbed a bag of the good stuff and felt like a total convert.

Well I had the opposite happen, bought a giant bag of frozen green beans and it was literally just a bag of stems and little nubbins, felt like I was eating twigs. Still ate the whole thing though, wasn't gonna waste eight bucks.
