My grandma watched me dump a whole chicken carcass in the trash and said 'that's tomorrow's soup, honey'
That was 6 months ago in her kitchen in Toledo and now I simmer every carcass with onion scraps and get 3 extra meals a week for basically nothing, so what throwaway bits do you all save for stock?
