My weekly spread actually worked for a full seven days
Last week was a mess with three doctor visits and my kid's school project, but I set up a simple two-page spread with a time tracker and a priority list. I used a green highlighter for my son's stuff and a blue one for mine, and for once, nothing got missed. Has anyone else found that color coding helps when things get really busy?

Yeah, the color coding thing... I tried that with sticky notes for work and home stuff.

Honestly, I used to think color coding was just extra work for no reason. My old system was a mess of black pen scribbles that all looked the same. But last month I had to plan a family trip and my mom's birthday party in the same week. I used pink for travel details and orange for party stuff. Being able to just look for the color made my brain shut off the panic mode. It just works when everything feels like too much.

Totally feel that, color coding saved my butt during tax season lol. Blue for receipts, red for deadlines, made it way less of a nightmare.
