Noticed a huge difference in my mood trackers after 3 months of using them daily
Started doing a simple mood tracker in my bullet journal back in February. Just a little dot per day with a color code. After 3 months I flipped back and saw how many days I marked as 'anxious' in February vs April. It dropped from 18 days to 7. I think it was because I started adding a 'one good thing' note next to each mood dot. That tiny habit shifted my focus. Has anyone else seen their moods change on paper over time?

@the_shane probably heard right about her friend, but 6 weeks is a pretty short time to double happy days. I think she might've been counting days where she felt okay as happy. That's a common trap when you first start tracking, you want to see improvement so bad you stretch the definitions. For me it took like 2 or 3 months of tracking before the patterns really showed up clear. Even then, the colors are never that neat cause moods don't work like a straight line. Like my 'good' days in month two had a lot of mixed feelings in the notes but looked pretty in the chart.
