Vent: my cleaning crew tucked 6 pages of my journal into the couch cushions
I had family over last Saturday for my kid's birthday and we did the usual frantic 40 minute clean before anyone showed up. My journal was sitting open on the coffee table, which is on me, I get it. Somewhere in the shuffle it got knocked onto the floor and pushed under the couch along with a bunch of wrapping paper scraps. I didn't find it until Wednesday night when I was hunting for the TV remote, and 6 pages from October through December were crumpled up and one of them had a juice stain on it. I had my whole winter habit tracker in there and now I'm trying to figure out what boxes were actually filled in from memory. Do you all have a spot you always put yours when guests come over, or do you just hide it in a drawer?
Wait, were the pages still readable after the juice stain or did that page turn into a total loss? Losing a habit tracker half filled in would drive me nuts trying to remember.
