Pro tip: don't let a customer hold your tape measure while you think
Had a guy in my shop last Tuesday who grabbed my 16-foot tape off the bench, stretched it out to the full 16 and asked if that meant his new pantry was "basically done," and I still don't know how to answer that without sounding rude.
