Customer said my fishing looked sloppy, now I coil every drop

Got a call back from a homeowner in Tacoma last month. She pointed at the ground block and said it looked like spaghetti. I was pissed but she was right. I used to just wrap the excess tight and move on. Now I take the extra 2 minutes to coil it neat like the telco guys do. Has anyone else had a customer call out your work and it actually made you better?
