Update: got my brother's Camaro from Phoenix to Minneapolis for $890 after 3 bids
Three weeks ago my brother moved to Minneapolis for a new job and had to leave his 1991 Camaro behind in Phoenix. I spent a week getting quotes, and the first three were all over $1,300, with one guy saying he'd need the car at his lot by 6am or it would sit another week. I finally went with a smaller hauler out of Mesa who quoted $890 for open transport and picked it up on a Tuesday, and it rolled into my driveway that Saturday with just some dust on the hood. For anyone who has shipped a car this way, did you pay extra for enclosed or just roll the dice like I did?
