My foam-core mockup got praised, but the real build exposed every bad angle I missed
I spent two weekends on a cardboard stand for my vendor booth in Austin, and everyone loved the proportions on paper. Once I made it from actual plywood, the sight lines from 12 feet away were totally off, the sign sat too low behind the table. Has anyone else found that cardboard lies about how things read from a distance, or do you always scale up a test version first?
