Showerthought: I started cutting my cardboard templates in half to test them and it saved me a whole weekend
Last Saturday I hacked a couch armrest mockup into two pieces instead of one big sheet, and suddenly I could see the angle was off by like 15 degrees before wasting more board. Anyone else scribbling on halves instead of full size or is that just me?

Saw a woodworker on youtube do this with jigs, never tried it myself though.
