The motivational poster wall at that Denver staffing firm felt like a red flag

I sat through a two hour interview loop at a marketing agency off 16th Street last Tuesday, and every conference room had a framed quote about hustle and grind. Nobody mentioned actual salary ranges or team structure once during the whole process, just culture fit and passion. Has anyone walked out of a place like that and later found out the turnover was brutal, or am I overthinking it?
