Can we talk about how everyone says 'measure twice cut once' but nobody talks about grain direction?
I read through a cabinet shop's build log in Ohio and found they scrapped 14 doors in one month just from running grain the wrong way, which surprised me more than any measuring mistake. So which one actually costs you more in the shop, bad layout or bad grain?
