Update: I've laid carpet in 1,200 rentals since 2018 and just hit a weird number
I keep a log of every job since I went out on my own, and last Friday in Columbus I crossed 1,200 rental units. The number itself is not the weird part. What got me is I checked the math and about 300 of those were the same 8 properties, over and over, because the landlord replaces the carpet every time a tenant moves out. So I've basically padded the same 8 living rooms for 7 years and never noticed until the count lined up. Anybody else tracking their repeats and finding out they're way higher than you thought?
