Rant: client said "we'll know it when we see it" 4 rounds into a $3,500 website
Signed a deal with a Chattanooga bakery in April for a $3,500 site and they refused to send copy, photos, or a single reference site, just kept saying they'd know the design when they saw it. We burned through 4 full rounds in 6 weeks and every round they'd point at random bakery sites on Instagram and ask why theirs didn't look like that. How do you all handle the "we'll know it when we see it" crowd without eating the cost of unlimited revisions?
