Three quotes in one email and zero initials, dodged that mess
Got a scope from a painting company in Phoenix that had three different dollar figures in the same paragraph and a note saying 'we'll finalize after kickoff.' I asked for one number and they sent a thumbs up emoji instead, has anyone else seen those vague quote tricks before signing?
