Can we talk about the nurse in Tucson who couldn't read my red and green intake form?
She spent 10 minutes at the desk saying she had no idea which boxes were filled in, and I felt awful because it was my own chart design. Now I check every form at 3 feet away in gray scale before it prints, has anyone else had a design blow up in their face like that?
