Client called my cable labeling lazy, now I use a label maker with heat shrink
Last month a client in Toledo pointed out my zip tie labels were peeling after 3 weeks. I switched to heat shrink tubing labels on every Ethernet drop and power run, costs about $40 for a starter kit. Has anyone else had a client nitpick something that actually made their work cleaner?

My buddy Dave in Cleveland had a client complain his crimps looked crooked on a camera install. He re-did every connection with a torque tool, now he charges extra for "precision termination" and gets it.
