Comparing my flat earth map to a $20 globe from Target
I spent two weeks tracing flight paths on a hand-drawn flat map, then grabbed a cheap globe at Target on a whim. The globe matched actual route times way better, so now I'm wondering if I should just use the tools that work and ditch the theory or keep up the ritual for fun. Anyone else try this and get a weird result?

Did you really spend two weeks on a map that a $20 Target globe beat? That's kinda hilarious, like training for a marathon and getting smoked by a guy on a scooter. Honestly if the cheap globe works better, maybe the ritual is just a hobby at this point.
