Found out our studio's kitchen sink gets used way more than the printers, and it kind of makes sense
I was helping our office manager clean out the supply closet last Friday when she showed me the usage log she keeps on a clipboard by the door. Turns out the kitchen sink got used about 140 times in a single week, while the shared color printer only ran 22 jobs. I laughed at first, but then she pointed out that everyone grabs coffee or fills a water bottle before sitting down to sketch. We ended up shuffling where we keep paper cups and stir sticks so people stop blocking the hallway. Honestly I never thought about foot traffic in the studio until I saw those numbers side by side. Now I'm wondering if the break area is secretly the most important room in the whole place. Do you all track stuff like that, or does it just happen naturally?
