I used to hand-tune every shadow on my cards, then I found one line of CSS that did the whole job
Two years ago I was stacking four box-shadows per card with different blur and spread values, tweaking each one by hand until my eyes hurt. Last week I tried a single filter: drop-shadow() on a hover state and it looked cleaner in about 10 seconds. Am I late to this, or does drop-shadow actually handle curved edges better than box-shadow in most card setups?
