PSA: A developer in Austin showed me that a single line of CSS, aspect-ratio: 1, saved me 40 lines of padding hacks on a photo grid
I had a whole mess of padding-top: 56.25% tricks in my stylesheet from an old project in 2019, and he deleted all of it in about 10 seconds, so now I'm wondering how many other spots I'm still doing it the hard way instead of just letting the browser handle it.
