My printer guy told me he charges extra for PDFs made in Canva and I can't stop thinking about it
Stopped by the print shop on Grand Ave to pick up some flyers and the owner mentioned he adds a surcharge when folks send Canva exports because the bleed and crop marks are never right. He said about 7 out of 10 files he gets from small businesses need fixing before they can run them. Is this a common thing at other shops or is he just grumpy?
So basically half his job is just fixing Canva's mess and he's passing the bill to you. Sounds less like a print shop and more like a Canva repair service with a side of flyers.
