Saw a flyer from 1995 and it made me miss old print work

Was cleaning out my dad's garage last weekend and found a local band flyer he kept from 1995. The colors were spot on, the paper had some texture, and you could tell someone spent time cutting and pasting it by hand. Now everything is digital and it all kind of looks the same to me. Anyone else feel like we lost something when we stopped working with physical materials?

Whoa, wait. Hand cut and pasted? Like with scissors and glue? That blows my mind a little bit. I've seen some of those old flyers in shops before but never really thought about the actual work that went into them. It must have taken forever to line everything up right. I bet you could really tell when someone messed up and had to start over on a fresh sheet of paper. Nowadays you just hit undo and it's gone, no proof of the struggle at all.

Nah, digital is way easier and looks cleaner most of the time.
