My backsplash tile layout took 3 extra days because of a simple math slip
I was setting 12x24 tiles in my Austin kitchen and assumed the wall was exactly 8 feet, but it was 8 feet 2 inches. I cut all my pieces on Tuesday based on that wrong number and by Thursday realized I was short a full row near the counter. Fixing it meant reordering 14 tiles from Floor & Decor and waiting two more days. Has anyone else messed up a measurement early and just rolled with the extra time? lol
