TIL my portfolio PDF was 14MB and recruiters were skipping it
I uploaded my work to a job board last month and got zero calls, so I checked my link analytics. Turns out the 14MB file with all my big images was timing out on mobile, I fixed it by compressing to 2MB and splitting the PDFs by project. Has anyone else lost opportunities to a slow-loading file? I'm curious what size you all aim for.
