Switched from Sketch to Figma after 3 weeks of fighting smart guides
I hated Figma's auto-layout for months until a dev in Portland showed me their component variant setup, now I rebuild 40 artboards in under an hour instead of two days, has anyone else made that jump and found the old tool's shortcuts they miss?

The variant setup thing is honestly the part that finally clicked for me too, once you get that down the whole workflow just feels different. Only thing I really miss is Sketch's symbol overrides being a bit more forgiving when you're in a hurry, Figma can be kinda strict about it sometimes.
