Stumbled on a Figma plugin that auto-generates color palettes from images

I was digging through some random Figma community posts last night and found this plugin called 'Color Compass' that pulls a full palette straight from any image you drop in. It gave me 8 matching shades plus hex codes in under 2 seconds. I tested it on a photo of a sunset and it picked up warm oranges and blues I wouldn't have thought to combine. Saved me about 20 minutes of manual eyedropper work on my latest dashboard mockup. Has anyone else tried a plugin that does this better or faster than the built-in color picker?

Saved me about 20 minutes" is exactly why I downloaded it too. That thing is crazy fast.

Wait did your friend try it out for something similar? Honestly my buddy Mark used it for his side hustle filing receipts for a car repair claim. He said it scanned like 50 pages in under a minute, no joke. He was still grumbling about how his old scanner would take forever and jam halfway through. Tbh he texted me a photo of the PDF all clean and labeled, said he saved way more than 20 minutes that day. Ngl hearing that from someone who never hypes tech up made me actually believe the speed claims.
