I always avoided spotlights for my yard, but a friend's setup won me over.

My neighbor put up those tiny warm bulbs along her fence line... totally changed my mind too. I ended up using six solar ones along my back patio. It makes such a difference for summer nights.

Read that soft lighting makes yards way more inviting at night. @hugo153's setup with warm bulbs seems like a perfect example.
