My local library's new banners are crammed with text and no white space
It's so hard to read anything, and it just looks messy. I can't even get inspired by public art when it's done this poorly.

Tell them to test it by walking past, like @thea_anderson said.

Who approved that mess? Did they even test if you can read it while walking by?
Stuff like this happens when no one thinks about how people actually use things.

Make them test it with regular people walking at different speeds. It really matters because bad design just looks awful to everyone passing by.
