I finally quit cardio in my home workouts and saw better results

Everyone keeps saying you need cardio to lose fat, but I stopped doing it and just stuck with heavy lifts like squats and presses using my dumbbells. I was always tired and hungry when I did cardio, but now I have more energy and my clothes fit better. It took a few weeks to see the change, but I'm leaning out without all that running in place. I know it sounds wrong, but for me, focusing on strength at home really paid off.

Question how big the change really is if you were just doing home cardio before.

Yeah it might not feel huge at first, but switching things up still helps a ton.
