I have a house that needs a lot of work, and I'm thinking about selling it as-is. I saw we buy house as is and was wondering if anyone has experience with them? Are they legit?

I sold my mom's place to them a few months ago. It was a pretty smooth process. They gave me a cash offer in like a day and we closed in two weeks. No repairs needed.

I haven't used them personally but a friend did and said they were fair. Probably worth getting a quote.
