Only vibrating for your boss's texts seems extreme! What if your team needs you for something urgent? They might be stuck waiting because you didn't see their message. I get wanting to cut down on noise, but ignoring everyone else sounds risky. There has to be a better way to filter without missing out on real needs.

Doubt that combo keeps you focused... peanut butter is so heavy it can slow you down. Apples have sugar that still causes a crash. Crackers are just processed flour... not much staying power. Seen folks crash hard on similar snacks. You need something that digests slower for real steady energy. Maybe try less fat or add some real protein.
