inNoticing more borosilicate use in local sculpting.
Is every glass artist suddenly a mad scientist with this borosilicate trend? I mean, it used to be for beakers and bongs, now it's fine art, and what's next, test tube chandeliers? But @iris478 is right about the heat resistance being a game changer. Artists can work faster and take more risks without their pieces breaking from quick heat changes. That means we get to see more wild, thin shapes that were just not possible before. It's honestly pushing the whole art form forward, and I'm here for it, even if it does feel like a science project sometimes.

inAppreciation post: Giving a spooky gelding extra time made all the difference
My old trainer insisted on fast hoof work to avoid spoiling the horse. I used to follow that advice without question, thinking speed worked better. But seeing results like yours, where taking a full day built real trust, has completely changed my mind. Now I see that rushing can actually create more problems down the line. Do you think starting with just the front feet is a good rule for most spooky horses?
